Is Mira available in multiple colors?

Yes, Mira is available in Midnight Purple and Brushed Gold.

Are there different sizes? What are they and how do I know what size I am?

The bracelet is available in three sizes: petite, small and medium. Please visit MyMiraFit.com to confirm the correct size for you.

What is Mira made of?

Mira is made of a surgical-grade stainless steel that has been color-treated to give the material its beautiful luster.

Can the bracelet rust?

The bracelet will not rust. It should not be worn when it could get wet, which will help encourage longevity.

How do I put on the bracelet?

The bracelet has been manufactured to allow it to slightly bend open and close. Go ahead and adjust the bracelet in order to fit your wrist. It is meant to be worn a little higher on the arm–like a bangle vs. a watch.

Can the bracelet irritate my skin?

Our Mira bracelet is made of surgical-grade stainless steel and contains small amounts of nickel. As with any type of jewelry, some people may experience allergies. Numerous factors can cause an allergy, such as nickel sensitivity, reactions to bacteria that can accumulate, a reaction between the bracelet and your soap or perspiration or an allergy to the material of the bracelet.

We recommend these care and wearing tips:

  • Keep your bracelet clean with a soft cloth (soap or chemicals are not needed).
  • Wear your Mira bracelet loosely enough to allow air circulation.
  • Use skin care products sparingly on the areas of the wrist covered by the Mira bracelet.
  • If you notice any signs of skin irritation or experience any discomfort, please discontinue use.

Mira Product Details

Is Mira waterproof?

Mira is not waterproof, but it is sweat-resistant. Do not shower, bathe or swim while wearing your Mira device.

When not in the bracelet, where is the best place to wear the detachable tracker?

If you're not wearing the Mira tracker in the bracelet, its best that it be worn clipped to your belt loop or in your front pants pocket. You can also clip it to a shirt collar or bra strap.

Can I clip the entire bracelet to my shirt or clothes?

The bracelet is intended to be worn on the wrist. The bean/activity tracker is best worn in a pocket or clipped on a shirt.

When will Mira be available on AndroidTM?

Mira will be available on Android sometime in 2015.

Is there a Mira app? How can I get it?

You can download the Mira app from the Apple® App Store. The Mira app is a free download with the purchase of a Mira device.

How long does a charge last and how frequently should I charge the device?

As with all electronic devices, it depends on how much you use it. Typically, a full charge will last up to 5 days depending on the user. It is best to charge your Mira device when the battery gets lower than 20 percent. For instructions on how to check your battery, please see the User Guide.

Is it good to charge the device overnight?

The Mira device has a Lithium Polymer battery, so keeping the device on the charging stand when it is not in use is always a good idea. However, the battery is designed to last several days, so it is not necessary to charge every night. Be sure to charge your Mira device when the battery gets lower than 20 percent.

Will I be notified when the battery in the tracker is getting low?

You will be notified within the Mira application that the battery is getting low.

Does Mira come with an adapter?

Mira does not come with an adapter. It can be plugged into a computer or any compatible adapter. For example, the adapter for your iPhone or iPad will work just fine. Adapters for USB charging are available from a number of retail stores.

What if my tracker gets scratched?

Even though the tracker has been developed to prevent scratching, it is not recommended to wear the bracelet close to other jewelry that could possibly scratch the tracker. Also, please wear with care. Unfortunately, there isn’t a way to get scratches out once they appear.

Will the tracker tell me when it is clipped in the bracelet correctly?

There is currently no alert that the tracker is clipped directly into the bracelet. However, when the tracker is clipped in, it does make a click noise when it is secured.

What if I lose my tracker, bracelet or charger?

How does Mira work?

How do I sync Mira to the application?

Mira will sync each time you open the Mira app.

Does Mira track my heart rate?

Mira currently doesn’t track heart rate.

Does Mira track what I eat?

Mira does not automatically track food or calorie consumption. However, the user can add food consumption information to the personal journal.

Does Mira track my sleep activity?

Mira currently doesn’t track sleep patterns, so there is no need to wear it while sleeping.

If I’m doing a workout like yoga or cycling, does Mira still monitor my activity?

Any step activity (walking, hiking, running, climbing stairs) will be automatically captured in your Mira app–simply begin your activity and Mira will do the rest. For activities that are not step based, the user will need to log that activity manually.

How does Mira estimate the calories I burn?

The activity tracker has the technology to measure steps and pace; the data from the tracker connects with the information inputted during setup (age, weight, height, etc.) to provide calories burned.

Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

What is Mira’s refund policy?

Mira offers a 45-day money back guarantee on all products. Please note that this does not include any shipping charges that were paid.

How do I modify my order?

Once your order has been placed, you are unable to modify it. This includes billing and shipping addresses, credit card information and product quantity.

How do I cancel my order?

You can submit a request to cancel your order on the same day the order was placed (unless your product is on back order). Please note that your request may not be able to be approved if your order has already been shipped. Call Customer Service at 800-406-9756 to submit a request to cancel your order.

If your order cannot be cancelled, you will get an email notification when the order is shipped. If you still do not want the product(s), you may refuse shipment. If you are unable to refuse shipment, call Customer Service at 800-406-9756 to submit a request to return your order.

How do I return my order?

You can submit a request to return a portion of your order or the entire order. Call Customer Service at 800-406-9756 to initiate a return. You will receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which you will need to include in the returned package. A return address will be provided and the package must be received within 30 days. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping and handling fees.

When will my refund credit appear on my credit card?

Your refund credit will appear on your card 5-7 business days after we receive your returned package.

Where can I find the warranty information on my product?

For warranty information, please refer to the instruction manual provided with your unit. Our products include a limited warranty. For more information, contact Customer Service at 800-406-9756.

Why do I need to set my browser to accept cookies?

Our e-commerce system is cookie dependent. We use cookies to track products in your shopping cart, as well as discounts and other attributes of your order. The cookie identifies your cart contents (products, discounts, etc.) or order information. Billing and personal information is not saved in the cookie. Each time you make a purchase on the site, the cookie is used to speed up the checkout process and enhance your shopping experience.

Are cookies a security risk?

No. Our e-commerce system encrypts all cookies. Also, the cookie contains no personal information, just a unique identifier for our system to recognize your browser.

Order Information

What does the inventory status mean?

In Stock: If an item is currently in stock in our warehouse, it is available for purchase. Your order will ship once processing is completed, which usually takes 1-2 days, and you will receive your delivery within 2-10 business days.

Backordered: The item is not currently in stock in our warehouse. Please contact us for a specific date range when we expect it back in stock. Your order will ship once the product is received.

Pre-order: This is a new product on our site and is not yet available in our warehouse. Please contact us for a specific date range when we expect it in stock. Your order will ship once the product is received.

How do I get a copy of my invoice?

To print a copy of your invoice, visit findmyorder.com or call Customer Service at 800-406-9756.

How do I track my order?

View your order status, shipping tracking number and shipping status by visiting findmyorder.com or by calling Customer Service at 800-406-9756.

How do I register for a webstore account on the Mira website?

You may register for a Mira webstore account during the checkout process. We will keep your information on file so you can check out faster on your next visit, search your order, view your order status, get your shipping tracking number, view the shipping status and view or print your order invoice. Please note that having a webstore account is not mandatory for shopping on our website.

How do I log in to my Mira webstore account to view my order history?

Visit findmyorder.com to log in to your account.

I forgot my password for my Mira webstore account. Where can I reset it?

Visit findmyorder.com and click on the “Forgot your password?” link. You will be prompted to enter your email address.

Payment Options

What payment methods can I use?

We accept Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover®, American Express®, Eurocard, Diners Club®, PayPal® and JCB, as well as check cards and ATM cards if they are issued by one of these major credit card companies as long as they have U.S. billing addresses. Our servers encrypt all information submitted to them, so you can be confident that your credit card information will be kept safe and secure. If you use Paypal as your method of payment for a product that is on pre-order or back order and your order does not ship within to 30 days of placement, your order will be automatically cancelled.

Should I use spaces or dashes when I enter my credit card number?

No. Enter your credit card number without any spaces or special characters. It should be entered as a continuous string of numbers.

Does my billing address have to match the address on file with my credit card?

Yes. For credit card verification you must enter your billing address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.

Why is my credit card being rejected?

There are many possible reasons for a credit card not being accepted:

  • The card is expired.
  • You have reached or exceeded your credit limit.
  • You have exceeded your daily charge limit.
  • A computer at either end of the transaction is having technical problems.
If you have problems submitting your credit card payment you can contact Customer Service 800-406-9756 for help. When you contact Customer Service you may be asked for any error message numbers you received, as well as the reference number seen in the shopping cart.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged when your product is shipped. This includes any pre-ordered or backordered products. If your items are shipped separately, you will be billed each time a product is shipped.

How will the charge show up on my credit card?

The charge for your order will appear on your credit card as: “DRI*Mira.”

Can I place an order without a credit card?

Yes. In addition to credit cards we accept PayPal. If you choose to pay by this method, you will receive instructions on how to send your payment once you submit your order.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Depending on the order, sales tax may be calculated and charged. Any sales tax charged will be indicated once your billing and/or shipping address have been entered during checkout.
Tax-exempt individuals and entities can request a refund of the tax paid on an order. We will need a copy of your tax-exempt certificate with your order number or a copy of your invoice sent to mymira@speedymail.com. Please note that the billing or shipping address on the order must match the address on the certificate.

I have tax-exempt status. How do I get a refund on the tax paid?

Tax-exempt individuals and entities can request a refund of the tax paid on an order. We will need a copy of your tax-exempt certificate with your order number or a copy of your invoice sent to mymira@speedymail.com. Please note that the billing or shipping address on the order must match the address on the certificate.

Shipping Information

What are the delivery methods and timing estimates?

Estimated delivery date range is calculated by “Product Availability + Shipping Location + Shipping Speed.”

Product Availability: If a product is listed as “in stock,” it will usually ship within 1-2 business days. During holidays, specials, exclusive promotions or due to other factors, some “in Stock” items may have a longer lead-time to prepare for shipment. Shipping Location: The location where your package is being delivered. Shipping Speed: This is the shipping method that you choose during checkout. You may choose Ground (3-5 days), 2nd Day (2 business days) and Next Day (1 business day). Business days do not include weekends.

What is an undeliverable package?

If a carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we’ll notify you of the return by email and issue a full refund. We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable.

Miscellaneous shipping and delivery information.

  • We currently ship orders within the contiguous United States plus Alaska and Hawaii.
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses or freight forwarders.
  • We do not ship internationally, nor do we ship to U.S. Protectorates, Guam or the Virgin Islands.
  • Currently we only accept shipping to one address and cannot split orders.
  • Depending on the shipping location, your order may take additional time to reach its destination due to a remote location.
  • Delivery times are approximations. If there are delays, we will do our best to notify you.
  • Some orders may be shipped via USPS and the delivery timeframe may vary.
  • After your order is placed the shipping location and shipping method cannot be changed.
