Mira 45-day Satisfaction Guaranteed Return Policy


This Return and Refund Policy is valid only for customers buying from our online stores. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have 45 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund. Simply contact Mira Fitness Customer Support at 800-406-9756 within 45 days of your purchase date to request a full refund.


To qualify for a refund, all the following conditions must be met:


  • Returned product(s) must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested from our Customer Support team within 45 days of your purchase date and the product must be received by Mira Fitness within 10 days after issuance of the RMA
  • Returned products must be packed in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product
  • Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (e.g. state, customs, VAT) are not refundable
  • Customers are responsible for prepaying all shipping charges and shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit
    (We recommend that you insure the product with return receipt requested.)

Refunds will be processed and paid within 4-6 weeks of Mira Fitness’ receipt of the product.
